Ingredients:
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Green Chilies - 2
Onion - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1 Pinch
Salt - To taste
To Temper:
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Preparation:
- Blend
all the ingredients in mixer and prepare a smooth paste.
- Add
water if required
- Heat
oil in a pan and temper those ingredients mentioned above and add it on
top of the blended paste.
- This
holds a different taste and well accompanied with any Dosa or Idly.
